Spending this month thinking about alternative practices and choosing a practitioner that feels right for you, I keep coming back to the key principle of the importance of self-love and acceptance. I believe that when we love and accept ourselves unconditionally, we create a positive environment for healing to occur. We do this by letting go of self judgment, and this helps us release negative beliefs and emotions and then allows us to spend time in love and gratitude. But I do recognize it is sometimes hard to do on your own ❤️
So, in addition to self-loving acts which we can work on by ourselves, I also advocate for the use of alternative therapies IF you feel they are right for you. There is a wide range of modalities which can help to balance your body's energy and release blockages that may be causing you pain. Ultimately, I believe that alternative therapies offer a unique and powerful approach to healing that complements conventional medical treatment. When we approach healing from a holistic, loving perspective, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being, we can achieve greater levels of well-being and vitality.
