I've made it home after a beautiful long weekend in San Diego! As I write this, I'm sitting back enjoying a lovely cup of tea in my living room (there's no place like home!), still basking in the afterglow of our unforgettable time at TCCHE.
It was such an extraordinary weekend of expanding our minds and connecting to our hearts. I was in constant awe of what my colleagues presented and it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces in the audience! Being in that environment, learning, teaching, and being surrounded by so much love, truly is my happy place🤍
Together we pushed beyond the boundaries of everyday thinking and living, we discussed scientific breakthroughs, and practiced exercises designed to awaken the superhuman capabilities that lie dormant within us. From unraveling the mysteries of self-regulation to embracing the profound power of self-acceptance and self-love, every moment we shared was a stepping stone toward personal and global transformation.
Amidst the symphony of beautiful experiences, the "Radical Divinity" workshop co-facilitated with my dear friend Gregg Braden, continues to resonate deeply within me. Together we dove into the ripple effects of compassion, both inwardly and outwardly directed, and the power it possesses to spark personal growth, forge connections, and weave the fabric of profound healing. I'm so excited we get to continue to explore together in Scottsdale later this month!
It's difficult to encapsulate in words the profound depth and transformative power of this past weekend. If you were able to join me there, I have no doubt revelations will continue to come to you so be sure to keep your journal nearby!!
The journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment is ever continuing, so if you were not able to join me this time, I wholeheartedly invite you to be part of one of my many upcoming events this year!
As we carry the torch of our revelations forward, let us continue to embody our radical divinity, becoming ambassadors of transformation in our lives and the world at large.
With boundless love and gratitude,
Anita
