This is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself.

I've designed this retreat as a safe, nurturing space for those who feel called to unravel what no longer serves them, to soften out of survival mode, and to remember who they truly are beneath fear, self-doubt, illness, or exhaustion. If you’ve felt disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by uncertainty, or depleted from carrying too much for too long, this experience was created with you in mind.

During our time together, I will be sharing the esoteric healing wisdom I gained through my near-death experience insights that showed me that true healing is never just physical.

Healing unfolds on emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels, and when these layers come back into harmony, the body and soul can begin to restore themselves naturally.
