For those of you who’ve been with me for a while, you’ll all know how much I love crystals. Not only are the beautiful, but they all carry their own individual, vibrational energy, just like each of us! Humans, like crystals, have their own set of vibrations, denoting our inner energies. Isn’t that a beautiful way of thinking about yourself?
I’ve been working on a Crystal Mine 4-day retreat that will be held next month (April 10-14), in Hot Springs, Arkansas. So, my mind has been immersed in the beauty and wonder of shimmering energies. Whether you’re into crystals/gemstones or not, it’s important that you realize your uniqueness, as it is expressed through your own energy. Spending time appreciating your vibrational energy, and the fact that you have control over it’s replenishment and strength through your choice to do uplifting things in your life is empowering. When I’m at the crystal mines retreat, I know I’ll be tuning into my own energy as it moves to uncover as of yet, unearthed crystals. It’s an exciting exercise I can’t wait for, and I hope to meet some of you there. If you aren’t able to be there, consider doing some ‘digging’ into your own energy to uncover what information it has for you!
