Practice Your Connection to the Other Side

How often do you wish that you could connect to the other side, and have a sense that your departed loved one is doing well, is happy and is able to support you too? Sometimes wishing isn’t enough, and I wanted to remind you that doing certain things to enhance the possibility of sensing your loved one is not as difficult as you may think.

So here is a simple exercise to practice. Think of it as practicing warming up your spiritual muscles, and in the warm ups, you will notice that they become easier, faster and more effective the more time you devote to this ‘workout’!

Find a comforting and comfortable place to be. It can be inside or even outside. As long as you feel comfortable and at ease with no distractions.

  • Take several breaths until you feel your heart calm down.

  • Now clearly outline the description of the loved one you wish to communicate with as you knew them in a healthy and happy time in their life.

  • Picture all the details you can about this person.

  • At the same time, as you remember all their details, start to feel the emotional impact they had on your life, and how you adored their presence.

  • This beautiful picture and heart felt memory now combine, the longer you hold them, to form a signal to the universe that you are grateful and ready to hear from them as they support you in your life.

  • Hold this space of happiness and love for as long as you can without distractions, and allow spirit to design its own way of connecting with you.

Remember to be happily open to sense the signals. It may be a vision, a sound, a smell, or an entire situation, but allow your deceased loved one to choose their way of connection. Ensure you’re not feeling needy or coming from a place of lack. Coming from the excitement, high-vibe expectation and a sense of self-love will help with this exercise. And over the next few days do this workout as frequently as you can, noticing your energy change and feeling the effects of welcoming their effort to connect with you!

Much love,

Anita
